What a great question! I wish I had a great answer for you. Everyone more or less agrees that e-learning has something to do with technology, and most (though not all) feel it also has something to do with computers. But that's about where the agreement ends. Does e-learning include the creation of nonstructured learning communities through bulletin boards and chat rooms? Are administrative processes such as on-line registration and electronic learning resource catalogues really e-learning? Are unstructured and even structured technology-enabled knowledge-sharing interventions e-learning? Is a CD-ROM based program e-learning? More great questions! will be answered.....
